*Duration: 15 minutes per interview

Eligibility /conditions for participation
- ・Handling commercial products and technologies applicable to the target fields
- ・The stage of business growth will not be considered as part of the evaluation criteria
- ・It is desirable for product or service to be demonstrable
- ・Goods and services that do not violate laws, regulations, public order and morals
*In addition, please note that if the Hack Osaka Executive Committee determines that the proposal is not in line with the intent of this project, it may be declined.
Exhibition Booth Format
- ・Area: Roughly half the space of one conference desk per company (W 900 mm x D 600 mm x H 700 mm)
- ・Back: No signs to be displayed (including tape)
- ・Sides: None
- ・Accessories: Half the space of one long conference table, power socket, etc.
- *At the time of submitting your application, please indicate what type of items you would like to display, size, etc.
- *Booth location may not be specified. As soon as the exhibitors are decided, the secretariat will decide accordingly.
- *A staff member must stand behind their allocated desk and speak with visitors.
- *No tablecloth for the desks will be provided.
- *We ask that each exhibitor prepare their own brochures, panels, and demo units.
- *Since we only display posters and merchandise, we are not allowing professional booth installation and decoration.
Judging of exhibits
Based on the exhibition application form filled out at the time of application, we will conduct an examination of the exhibitors and officially decide to exhibit.
