*Depending on the exhibit size, we may arrange the numbers of exhibitors booths.

*In case of too many applications, the secretariat will determine the application based on the application details.

Products and services based on any technology such as IoT, AI, AR / VR, Internet, mobile, software, digital content, consumer electronics　and bio.

・Dealing with products and technologies that apliable into the target field.

・Regardless of company size (including individuals).

・Regardless of the founding stage.

・It is preferble that products and services that can be demonstrated.

・Not be a product or service that violates public order and morals.

・Exhibitors must not be illegal with related laws.

*Please note that if the Hack Osaka Executive Committee determines that it does not meet the purpose of this project, it may be refused.

・Area: Basically, half the space of one conference desk per company（Appx size:　W900mm×D600mm×H700mm）

・Back of booth: Posting on the wall is not allowed (including scotch tape, etc.).

・Aspect Partition: No partition

・Equipment:One unit of half size conference long table,outlet (application required), etc.

*If it is determined that one space is required depending on the contents of the exhibition, we will consider providing a space for one conference desk.

*When applying the entry form , please indicate what kind of items will be displayed, size, etc.

*Booth position cannot be specified. As soon as the exhibitors are decided, the secretariat will assign them.

*This is a format in which a staff member stands behind a long desk and talks with visitors.

*There is no preparation of cloth to hang on the desk.

*Brochures, panels, demonstration machines, etc. should be prepared by each company.

*Since it is only posting posters and products, it is not possible to arrange specialists for booth installation and decoration.。

According to the application form, we are going to select the exhibitors and inform the decition.

1. Exhibit products and services that meet the theme.

2. It must not be a products or services that violate public order and morals.

3. The exhibit business must not be illegal under related laws and regulations.

*In addition, please understand beforehand that the Secretariat may refuse if it does not fit the purpose of this project.
