Through this initiative, Osaka City supports the fostering of projects to commercialize products and services which are expected to generate new demand in the areas of healthcare, nursing care, and health.

Once a project become authorized, detailed and specific support are extended in a bid to commercialize them thoroughly. The projects authorized in 2019 are as given in the link below.

Furthermore, the Osaka Top Runner Club builds a platform comprising those individuals or companies which aspire to enter or start up a business in the healthcare/nursing care/health area; those companies eager to launch new products; universities, research institutes or regional support agencies. This platform aims to create an environment where projects are generated and nurtured continuously to commercialize goods and services that can provide society with new values through providing information on support activities, such as seminars and subsidy application advice, and organizing matching or information exchange meetings.

　また、おおさかトップランナーClubでは、医療・介護・健康分野等への参入に意欲的な企業や起業をめざす方、新たな製品の導入に積極的な企業、さらに大学や研究機関、地域支援機関等から成るプラットフォームを構築し、セミナーや補助金公募情報等の支援施策の情報提供、マッチング会や交流会などの開催により、世の中に新たな価値を提供する製品・サービスの事業化プロジェクトを次々と生み、育てるための土壌づくりを行っています。
